1. Delivery Options & Timeframes

We offer two delivery options through our trusted courier partners:

• Standard Delivery

• Timeframe: 3 to 5 business days

• Cost: £4.95 (Free for orders over £150)

• Details: Ideal for regular orders. Delivered via carbon-neutral ground shipping across the UK (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

• Express Delivery

• Timeframe: 1 to 2 business days (for orders placed before 12:00 PM Monday–Friday)

• Cost: £9.95

• Details: Prioritized handling and expedited shipping for time-sensitive gifts and special occasions.

2. Order Processing Times

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding bank holidays).

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

• For bespoke or limited-edition items, processing may occasionally take an extra 24 hours. We will notify you immediately if any delays occur.

3. Delivery Coverage

• We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

• Please note that remote locations in the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, and Northern Ireland may require an additional 1–2 business days for delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our boutique, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor your package's journey right to your doorstep.

5. Signature & Safe Delivery

To ensure safe receipt of your luxury items, all deliveries require a signature upon arrival. If you are not home, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your package from a local depot.
